What We Collect

When you create a CrewBooks account, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your business name and profile information (if provided)
• Customer, job, invoice, and quote data you enter into the app

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the CrewBooks service:

• To sync your business data across devices
• To authenticate your account
• To process billing if you upgrade to Pro
• To send transactional emails (e.g., password resets)

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your business data for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global edge network using encrypted connections. Data is also stored locally on your device for offline access.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will remove your data from our servers within 30 days of your request.
